Welcome to the spring/summer edition of Eat Drink Dine.

I can hardly believe that it’s been 5 years since the launch of our food and drink magazine. Within these last few years, we have seen many changes to our local community, but the high level of delicious local produce and excellent venues remains the same.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate The Weald Smokery for their recent Great Taste Awards. Their products are an absolute must, so if you haven’t tried any yet be sure to pop in and see them!
Planning a BBQ this summer? Then look no further than Korkers Sausages! Not only are they a winner of The Made in Kent Awards but their BBQ packs are also the perfect solution for a lovely afternoon cooking in the garden. Please see page 26 for some great BBQ recipes.
