Spring 2022

With the spirit of summer upon us we are now looking forward to the lovely warm evenings where we are able to sit outdoors, either at home or on a pub terrace, with a glass of our favourite tipple and great company.

We are once again delighted to have Rob Ball, Pastry Chef for Kerridge’s Bar & Grill at the 5 star Corinthia Hotel, sharing his recipe. Rob’s chosen dish is his vanilla panna cotta with rhubarb, almonds and mint – I am sure this will end up as a hit at any gathering.  
The Nightingale Cider Company shares the exciting news about their opening of a taproom on their farm just outside Tenterden this July! Keep looking at their website for further details.

For those of us who are still looking for a kitchen refit or even just new appliances then a visit to Martins of Hawkhurst would be our recommendation. They have one of the largest Neff appliance showrooms in the area and their staff are always on hand to assist.
