The Godzilla
A spectacularly refreshing, adults-only beverage as fruity as it is ferocious!
For The Cocktail:
- 1 ½ part Reyka (or your favorite vodka)
- ½ part Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur
- ½ part Blue Curaçao
- 1 ½ part The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Kiwi
- ½ part fresh lemon
- ½ part Simple Syrup
For The Syrup:
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup water
For the cocktail:
- Combine all ingredients together in cocktail shaker.
- Double strain the mixture and serve in rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
For the Simple Syrup:
- Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Strain into a jar and seal tightly with a lid.
*Simple syrup will keep in a lidded container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator, so if needed, double the simple syrup recipe for serving more than one.
